If the appointment does not suit you and you would like to cancel, you can notify us by e-mail or phone.

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend at the reserved time, please inform us in advance. Since rescheduling takes time, cancellations or appointment changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved time (via e-mail or phone), taking our opening hours into account.
